This is a nice stop off the highway for some good breakfast staples at affordable prices. We stopped just inside to scope out the cake and pie but we're there for breakfast and even at 33 I cannot justify cake before 11. We sit and are greeted warmly. Given decent coffee and water as well as some good sweet tea. The solid breakfast staples were abundant and we are not pressured to order quickly or leave quickly. Perfect stop off on the way back home from a not so great stay in St Louis!

It was a weekday morning and we stopped for breakfast after leaving the Super8 down the road. Not busy but food was good and the waitress was great.

We stumbled into Troy's Family Restaurant, passing through. We ordered the Pecan Pancake, biscuits with grave with over medium eggs (pictured), the fried chicken and the California Chicken Sandwich All were delish & we cleaned the plates!
